Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase from Nicole Ferrari Designs meets your high standards or you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days. 

Exceptions include NDI arrangements, accepted deliveries may not be returned for credit.  Inspect your purchase for damages before accepting delivery. Damaged floral purchases must be returned within 10 days.

Include a copy of your invoice and reason for return along with pertinent order information.
